In June 2018, Riverside Capital investors purchased Yarnwicke, 119–121 Cannon Street (formerly known as Sherborne House). Located in the heart of the City of London, the 57,777 sq. ft. mixed-use retail and office building has undergone extensive refurbishment to bring a quality of office to the City unrivalled by alternative suppliers.
We worked with renowned architects, Barr Gazetas, to achieve a top-spec finish on our furnished floors and subsequently attracted premium tenants at record rents for the area. The top two floors benefit from private outside space and we also added a stunning, landscape designed communal roof terrace.
Furthermore, we replaced previous ground floor tenant, Le’Express, with our own in-house speciality coffee shop, Commons.
The building subsequently commanded record rents from top-quality tenants across a range of industries.
