Riverside Capital is delighted to have completed on the purchase of the iconic Power House in Chiswick, home to the world renowned Metropolis Studios.

The 48,000 sq. ft., Grade II listed building has 19 years remaining on the lease which is subject to five-yearly, inflation-linked reviews, the next being in November 2026. The building was purchased by Riverside Capital’s private investor syndicate for £7 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.3%.

Metropolis has mixed and remastered countless legends in its Power House home – Amy Winehouse, Elton John, the Rolling Stones, Jay Z and Mark Ronson to name a few – and contributes not only to advancing digital recording methods but also analogue production, which is rapidly growing in popularity today.

We are thrilled to be the current custodians of this fine, London institution and to have the privilege of protecting this legendary piece of cultural history.
