Riverside Capital is pleased to report that immediately following the refurbishment of the 3rd floor at 201 City Road, we have successfully let the office space.

Alfred London, a PR firm that already occupies the 3rd floor of 205 City Road, has agreed to a new four year lease at a rent of £58 psf. We are now refurbishing the tenant’s existing space at 205 in order to provide a direct link between the two buildings for the tenant. On completion of the works, Alfred London will enter into its new, coterminous lease.

Works to the remaining office areas and the new ground floor café are ongoing, due to complete in early 2023.
