Old Street Works proves popular with tenants, with multiple lease extensions

Old Street Works has proved popular with its tenant community, with three tenants showing their commitment to the building by extending their leases for a further term.

20Ten, the renowned media advertising agency which counts Disney, Balenciaga and Adidas in its impressive roll call of clients, has extended for a further six years, to April 2030. They occupy the largest space in the building: the full 6th floor from 197-205 Old Street Works.

Alfred London, a PR firm, has also chosen to remain at Old Street works. Alfred works not only with big names in the retail space such as Nespresso, Oatly and Westfield Shopping centre, but also those in tech and entertainment including Sony and Netflix. They have extended their lease for a further three years, to September 2027.

AI trading strategist, Algorithmic – which is part of Voleon – has also extended its lease for a further four years, to July 2028.

We are delighted to have built such a strong community at Old Street Works, supported by our &Then team and complimented by our coffee shop within the building, Commons, which provides a hub for work, relaxation and creativity.
