Our primary service is direct property investment. We scour the UK property market to offer investors regular opportunities to invest directly in UK property assets, on a deal-by-deal basis. Our highly experienced asset management team advises on the purchase of every asset we take to our investors and then manages these assets to deliver income and capital growth.
Combining genuine skills and knowledge about property investment, financing and tax structuring, our talented team are experts in their field and generate opportunities which deliver above market returns. Founded in 2010 by Dominic Wright and Sasha Stupar, Riverside Capital has completed almost £1.4bn in transactions since formation and has produced an average 1.7x equity return to investors over an average hold period of 47 months.
