HG Insights, a tech company providing intelligence data for businesses looking to market their products and expand their business, has taken the 1st floor at 201 City Road on a fully managed lease – a new offering from Riverside Capital’s brand new management platform, &Then.

HG Insights adds to the bustling “tech-city” mix within the Old Street Works offices of other tech companies as well as PR and creative media, and marks the first letting in the building since Riverside Capital opened it’s own specialist coffee shop within the building: Commons.

The lease is for a two year term, commencing immediately.
