Riverside Capital has completed a further letting at newly refurbished 197 City Road, or Old Street Works.

The 1,945 sq.ft. 1st floor has been let to Rio ESG for a term of three years, commencing June 1st 2022.

Rio ESG Limited is an ESG technology and consultancy services company. Its technology sustainability platform is equipped with learning, compliance and reporting functionalities. Since launching in 2018 it has received c. £10m in funding and has grown rapidly into a highly efficient, revenue generating entity with global prospects.
