Riverside Capital has completed the purchase of two eight-bed apartments, Richmond Halls, in Cathays, Cardiff. Sitting within the popular “golden triangle” area, the properties are currently fully let and generating a gross yield of 10.7%.

Five of the 16 students have renewed their tenancies for the 2021/2022 academic year and we are currently marketing the remaining bedrooms for this period.

Riverside Capital is due to complete on an additional nine-bedroom, Cardiff student property in a fantastic location, neighbouring the local student union, which should command significant rents post planned refurbishment.
