The 33,179 sq. ft. building is well diversified, being let to a range of tenants from various industries including tech, PR and media, as well as restaurant occupiers.
Having undergone extensive, graduated refurbishment, including the blending and opening of floors to grow with the needs of tenants, upgrading of floors between tenancies to premium fit-outs and the addition of our in-house coffee shop to the ground floor, “Commons”, the building has attracted premium lettings, securing the highest recorded rents in the area.
